Hello,
This message is a bit different than the others I have been sending out over the years. Many of you have probably noticed that I don’t write as often as I used to. It’s not because I don’t enjoy writing anymore, it’s because I enjoy working right now, and it leaves less time to sit and ponder and pray and write. I will continue to write as long as God allows, and I appreciate all of you who have been reading my writings through the years and the encouraging emails I have received in return.
This time I thought I’d give you something to “munch” on for a while, so I went back into my archives and pulled out a book that I wrote in 2004. Jim and I were traveling full time at that time in our RV (which we still live in), and Jim heard about a writing contest that was going on. By the time he heard about it though, it would be over in a week, so it became a challenge for me…could I write a book in that amount of time with the word count they were requiring? I didn’t know, but I do love challenges, so I began.
“Impossible is Nothing” is the book I wrote. The theme of the book was to be, “What is in your head.” This is what was in mine that poured out onto the pages daily. You’ll notice many references to the Olympics, that is because it was written during the 2004 Olympic events. I hope you’ll enjoy it, or maybe even find something in it that is an encouragement to you. It’s about a 4-5 hour read, depending on your speed of course. So maybe by the time you have finished it, I will have had some time to sit and ponder and pray between work days and send out another message about God’s goodness and strength in our lives.
Enjoy!
Until we meet again,
Diane
