A TIP is a Mother's personal testimony during her son's fight against Leukemia.
Childhood cancer, as in Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, or any cancer, will turn your whole world upside down. Faith in God, the promises of Christ and the Hope and Comfort that the Holy Spirit can give us all are reflected in these pages of poetry.
This is a personal account of lessons learned, blessings seen, and the power of prayer, among other things. It is meant to inspire others going through similar trials.
When this book of poetry was written, I did not know the final outcome. My son was not to survive this deadly disease, but still these words are so very true. God continues to be my strength and my comfort in the loss of our son. The journey does continue, and the joy is being restored, day by day.
Since you have been raised to a new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits at God's right hand in the place of honor and power. Let heaven fill your thoughts. Do not think only about things down here on earth. For you died when Christ died, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians 3:1-3
